Return Window
Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
We will bear the return shipping fee only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing fault and the buyer informs us on the day of delivery, or at the latest the next day.
- The wrong product was delivered.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
How to Return an Order
Please contact us at groupvezra@gmail.com to start your return. After shipping the order back, the buyer must email us the tracking number of the return shipment.
Inspection
Once the returned order is received, it will be inspected. After inspection, the buyer will be offered either a refund or an exchange.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the buyer provides the return tracking details.
